 I make training ENJOYABLE, by synthesizing multiple training systems I keep my clients engaged while working through challenges and creating a comprehensive training experience.

 We will move through flow-based mobility and yoga practices, athletic patterns, therapeutic strength, functional body building, cardio and V02 development, and massage/stretch practices for healthy tissue.

 I also promote education, teaching you the fundamentals and “how-to’s” so you can keep practicing and progressing on your own!
