MEET YOUR COACH

My name is Benjamin Mills, and I have 11+ years of specialized personal training and strength coaching experience.
The Right Skills
An aching neck, stiff hips, painful low back, or even a general sensation of "my body feels... crunchy." These are frequent challenges I hear from my clients. I have taught dozens to regain function, progress out of pain, and develop strength and capability they thought was lost to their twenties.
The Right Habits
Health extends beyond the purely physical. If you often think to yourself "When I have time, I will start" or "Once __blank__ occurs, then I can start training," you're not alone. The best time to get going is right now, and it is never "all or nothing." I gradually help you incorporate new health and strength practices into your daily life. Together we replace old narratives by forming new habits to bring about your healthiest self.

For you to succeed, you need a path to follow. This is especially true when the journey you want to start scares the part of you used to being stuck. I work with you to define and refine, from the ground up, your vision of where you want to be. I bring the structure and expertise around strength, mobility, therapeutics, nutrition, and other supportive tools to realize that vision.
